702 Aircraft Paint Remover is a new technology environmental paint remover that meets and exceeds Boeing Certification Specifications.
Our patent pending formula removes multiple coats of finish from all metal aircraft surfaces, including bare and clad aluminum, magnesium, stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium and cadmium coated steel. It conforms to Boeing Certification D6-17487, Rev. P.
702 Aircraft Remover can be applied by spray, brush or roller and maintains excellent adhesion to horizontal, vertical and underbody surfaces while removing multiple layers of aircraft paints and finishes. In addition to excellent adhesion properties, the formulation has passed long-term stability testing (12+ months) and helps to provide a safe working environment free from hazardous chemicals during the application and paint removal process.
The 702 formulation incorporates an anti-evaporation additive that permits longer dwell times for extremely difficult to remove paint films. After penetrating the paint film, the remover electrostatically de-bonds the paint from the metal substrate and the paint and remover can be easily removed by scraper, squeegee, scrub brush or high pressure washer.
Available in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and larger containers for large scale users.
