Zip-Strip Liquid Remover & Antique Refinisher can be used as a liquid paint and finish remover to remove one or two coats of paint or clear finish such as varnish, lacquer, shellac, urethane, or polyurethane in a single application. It is also a furniture refinisher, softening or dissolving the old clear finish. Because it is a liquid, it will not cling to vertical surfaces, and works best on horizontal applications. It is also ideal for dipping small objects like metal hardware. It will also function as a refinisher, restoring cracked or crazed clear finishes. .
Zip-Strip Liquid Remover & Antique Refinisher will not raise the grain or discolor the wood. Softened finish can be removed by using a scraper, putty knife, steel wool, or burlap. No neutralizing is required. It is excellent for interior and exterior use.
